If you ordered the DELUXE package, your binder will ship within 2-3 days of your order being placed. You will be able to choose from a variety of shipping options during checkout.
Will I get a physical product?
Only if you purchase the DELUXE package.
With the BASIC and PLUS packages, you will receive your order via email shortly after placing your order. The files are in PDF format so you can print at home or at a print shop.
Will Designer in a Binder work for me if I have a totally different style from you?
Yes! The design system works no matter what your style is! Whether you love neutrals or neon colors, bold or subtle patterns, this system will work for you.
Do you offer private design services?

What is your refund policy?

Well, this part largely depends on YOU. You will have to do the work to see results. But you can work through Designer in a Binder® at your own pace and on your own schedule. Once you buy it, it's yours forever!
We have also included the private Facebook group with the PLUS and DELUXE packages. It is there to help keep you motivated, hold you accountable and make sure you don't get stuck.
How is Designer in a Binder® different from a design or decorating book I could buy at a bookstore?
The first part of Designer in a Binder® teaches you all about how to pick paint colors, how to choose pieces that are the correct scale for your space, how to space plan, and more. But the workbook portion is where the MAGIC happens.
The workbook portion systematically walks you through how to create a cohesive design plan. All you do is fill out each page of the workbook and you will have a cohesive design plan for whatever space you are working on. But what’s awesome is that it never feels overwhelming and it’s SO easy! The workbook breaks it down for you and keeps it simple. I’ve never seen another resource with this feature (because there isn’t one)!
